Works like a valve, but generates electricity

Your PRVs neglect usable energy for every pound of pressure they reduce. The SteamLine Turbine performs the same reduction, but generates up to 275 kWe of electricity in the process — same downstream pressure, $250K+ in annual savings.

Step 1

Steam enters the turbine instead of your PRV

Your boiler already produces high-pressure steam. Right now, your PRVs reduce that pressure and capture none of the energy. The SteamLine Turbine replaces that step.

Step 2

Pressure drops. Electricity comes out.

As steam passes through the turbine, pressure is reduced to exactly the level your systems need — but instead of wasting the energy, the turbine converts it into up to 275 kWe of electricity.

Step 3

Power feeds directly into your building

The electricity generated connects to your existing electrical system. Pre-wired and factory-tested — no custom engineering required.

Step 4

Steam continues to your heating systems as normal

Downstream equipment gets the same pressure it always has. Nothing changes operationally. Your existing PRV stays in place as a backup.
